In the summer of 2025, we invited our family and friends (60 people) from Denmark for a weekend in Spain to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We all stayed at the Hotel IPV Palace & Spa and had the best experience! From the first visit to the hotel, where we spoke with Jacqueline and quickly got a really nice price for the event, to the ongoing dialogue and planning with both Jacqueline and Andrea to the final implementation of the event, everything went perfectly. Their helpfulness and attention have been absolutely fantastic. Both girls have done a huge job to ensure that both we and our guests have the best weekend in the world. The rooms are a really nice size - not the most modern, but everything is clean and nice. The hotel's pool area is lovely and large and there is room for everyone - even if you are a large group. The location right on the beach is perfect and with rooms overlooking the sea, several of us had the opportunity to see dolphins in the morning. Our welcome dinner on Friday night was absolutely fantastic - insanely delicious food and beautifully set tables in the pavilion. As an added bonus, Andrea also made sure that one of our guests didn't have to waste time going to the airport to pick up their suitcase in the middle of dinner, as she picked it up for us. The breakfast was really good with the option of omelettes, fried eggs and much more. Lots of fresh fruit, delicious pastries and much more. The absolute best and warmest recommendations for both the hotel and the staff - this place will always have a special place in our hearts. 1000 thanks for a fantastic weekend.

In our experience at the reception, one clerk was a good, dark-skinned woman and knew how to tell us right away. The other two were unsure and could not answer us or gave us wrong advice. At the reception, if anywhere, the answers must come definitely and correctly.
