A huge disappointment for a hotel that claims to be "high-end," but whose standard is more akin to a two-star. Upon arrival, I discovered urine on the toilet seat in my room. I had to ask to be moved to another room—a very bad start in terms of hygiene. Then, regarding the hot water: a 45-minute to one-hour wait for barely lukewarm water, which the reception staff had the nerve to call "hot." Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The restaurant service is equally disastrous. I asked at reception if room service only offered main courses (and no starters): they told me yes. I then asked what would be served with the salmon: they said "probably vegetables." The result after a 45-minute wait: A plate with three slices of smoked salmon and two buttered toasts—clearly a starter— charged at the price of a main course. This is misleading and abusive. Slow service, false information, and services unworthy of the price paid. No goodwill gesture, no compensation, despite the obvious problems (cleanliness, hot water, service). For the price and the establishment's reputation, this is an unacceptable experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

A superb experience at this hotel. The room was stunning and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the quality and attention to detail in our deluxe room. It was completely quiet, and the staff were charming. Breakfast was perfect, and we had a truly unique experience at the spa. A magnificent hotel where you feel completely at ease in every way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, including breakfast and room service. Breakfast was perfect, varied, and much appreciated. We had an excellent night's sleep, and the staff was incredibly kind. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and helpfulness. The rooms are very comfortable, with a bathtub and shower, as well as high-quality toiletries. The hotel is ideally located: we were able to park our car in the parking lot and then easily reach the city center by bus thanks to the stop right next to the hotel. Furthermore, the Zénith concert hall in Caen is just a 10-minute walk away. Thank you again! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Caen.
