I booked for 2 days with fam however didn't even finish the 2nd day and checked out. First of the unit looks clean as you enter, way better than 4/5 star that I've been with and then here's the truth the bathtub as you enter is so dirty you wouldn't wanna use it, the shower as you turn it on needs around 5mins to produce hot water, the shower head isn't fixed correctly so as you shower it's spills all over the bathroom and no mats on the floor to protect you from sliding/accident(safety precautions) faucet screw is lose (Rm.108) bed is too high probably made for 6 footers as we are with disable she end up staying in the floor. And one thing very specific there's "bed bugs", I think the Filipina front desk would remember twice we requested for a blanket just to put on top. Service is impeccable from the front desk, to cleaner, valet parker, and security all are accommodating.

Excellent service and experience... I had a problem with the air conditioning, but Jumaan, the night shift worker from reception, fixed it thanks to his kindness... I will definitely return.
