The hotel does not include any meals, which was a bit disappointing. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it is paid. In my opinion, it would be nice if the hotel at least offered a light breakfast, such as coffee, cookies, or something small for guests. We stayed in a sea-view suite and the room was absolutely stunning. It was very clean and well equipped. The pools in the hotel were at a great temperature — not too cold, which made them very enjoyable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Gijermo, who works at the front desk was especially friendly and provided excellent service.

We were SO happy with Ixchel! Great beach with free lounges and umbrellas. Two swimming pools. An all-day snack bar with a wide menu. A short stroll to the restaurant district with every possible cuisine.

We stayed here for four days in March 2026. The location could not be better. Hotel staff were attentive and wonderful. This hotel is on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited.
