We had the Royal Suite and the space, location etc was fine. But what makes my stay super uncomfortable was that it was disgustingly dirty. I didnt use any other facilities in this hotel so my whole review and rating is about the non-cleaniness of this hotel. Dust was everywhere, bed sheets had BIG stains and what couldnt make me look away was the countless of handprints on the windows! You can tell what the previous visitors of this room did against the windows. On the desk was randomly a screw that felt out from somewhere. Also, when we first arrived, the lights were not working. They went off after 1 minute all the time. There was a weird, old, frayed chair in the middle of the hallway next to a bin. I wondered why it was there and why it wasnt removed because it destroyed the sight of the hallway. But on my check-out day, I saw the cleaners using it to put fresh towels on them so they dont have to walk far. Nice hygiene. There are other factors that were annoying but i dont think that are too bad. Like that there are only 2 elevators and when they arrived on our floor, they were already full so we had to wait for the next one. Several times. But i think this is manageable and something that cant be changed. But the absent of cleanliness. Thats a super no-go. The receptionists were very nice though. Really, its just the dirty rooms and thats very fixable if they wanted to.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Jinjun. I normally stay at U.S. brand hotel chains, but there are none in this town. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice, and the service is great.
