Shocked by some of the reviews here, the staff was lovely, especially the woman at the reception who was very helpful and informative. Straight away we were informed of the nightclub beneath the hotel but we already knew from reviews. We were on the third floor and barely heard any noise at all through the night. They also provided earplugs just in case. The room was small but very cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back in future when we are doing shopping in Dublin.

Me and my friend stayed at the hotel for the weekend and were told when checking in that we had free access to the hotels nightclub Copper face jacks. We got VIP entry the recepionist said we didnt need to get in the que. Later that night, we did have a few drinks from a club down the road and went back to the hotel. The bouncer looked at us and pointed to the other bouncer right outside the double door of coppers in the hotel. We were told to get up to our room and were not allowed into the nightclub. Luckly darcys down the road let us in for free. After we went back to the hotels and was led straight to the lift. Later on we heard a function going on right under us and we went back down to let the boucers know how bad it was. They told us its not our problem. Me and my friend found it a disgrace. So if you plan to stay just be warned to face bad night service but the day service is excellent.
