My wife and I spent the tail end of our honeymoon at Jaya House and it was the most perfect location we could have chosen! - the service and the amenities were all top notch; we had an amazing time and felt completely safe despite the tensions at the border (if anything we had an even better time without as many fellow tourists around) Jaya House paired us up with a great guide, Som Piseth, to visit a bunch of ruins in the Angkor historical park and we were able to use the in-house tuk tuk service to see all around Siem Reap free of charge. It was also nice to visit a hotel with a more serious commitment to reducing plastic waste. My wife was addicted to the gluten free cookies. Would 10/10 visit again.

We had the most amazing week in Siem Reap and at the Jaya House River Park Hotel. This is a gem of a hotel. The attention to detail is unparalleled. The staff do everything they can without being overbearing. Lovely breakfasts which you do not tire of, after a week of stay. Lots of "free extras" such as free laundry, massages and tuk-tuk services are a lovely touch. The maintenance of the hotel is notable - the rooms are impecable and well kept, with outstanding room servicing. The Siem Reap area and temples are wonderful to explore - very safe and not threatening to walk around at any time of day or night. We can't wait to return!

We stayed at Jaya during Covid of all times but had a blast playing tourist in our own city. I still can’t get over how they refill the minibar daily free of charge! Been here since 2016 and mainly love the happy hours on the rooftop bar overlooking the river.Excellent cocktails, never been disappointed with anything on the menu. I love the garlic peanut nut mix so much that I offered to buy some. I was turned down as they make it special in house. 👌We also enjoy the free flow breakfast buffet in the mornings.
