Having read many reviews, I knew what kind of room I'd get. But when I got there, I'd never stayed in a hotel like this before. Every centimeter was calculated down to the millimeter. It was fine for one, a bit small for two. (Even after a cruise, our cabin was much larger.) But it had everything! The bed was comfortable and large, the bed linens and towels were excellent quality – snow-white, soft, with gold embroidery! Kettle, water for tea, toiletries, refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, hangers, shelves... Everything was thought out to the smallest detail! When tourists write reviews, for some reason no one mentions the price they paid. But when we stayed there, the price was definitely 40% lower than any neighboring hotel. Also included in the price was breakfast – different every day and ample (but in a different building). The only major drawback is the window, which faces who knows where. The curtain was always closed! The location is a huge plus! It's very convenient to get anywhere. You can get around on foot. This place is quite quiet—if you turn one corner or another, all the city's nightlife and very loud life is right there. Nearby is a wonderful green park, the metro, bus stops, shops, and shopping centers. For exploring the city on a very low budget, this is a wonderful place. Plus, right next door (just across the street from the hotel) is a famous Michelin-starred restaurant... So, a ton of ++++++, which makes up for the cramped rooms!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels, and this was by far the worst experience. The bathroom was disgusting, full of mold, dusty, and poorly cleaned. The windows were dirty and covered in dust. The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant overall. The blankets were stained and felt unhygienic. On our last night, we realized that the door peephole did not exist at all — it was just an open hole. This meant that anyone from outside could look into the room, leaving us with no privacy whatsoever. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. The staff was inattentive. The facilities are very old and poorly maintained, including the elevator. It is unbelievable that the owner of this hotel is unable to invest in proper maintenance and basic cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
