We had a very good stay at the JEN Beijing. The price-performance ratio is excellent and really good for Beijing. The rooms were modern, clean, and quiet. The gym is well-equipped and above average for a city hotel. The breakfast was also varied and of good quality. The service was very friendly overall. All the staff at reception spoke good English. In other areas, such as at breakfast, communication in English was sometimes limited (e.g., for simple questions like asking for Coke Zero). However, this is typical for the country and not a problem specific to this hotel. Conclusion: A very good hotel with a great fitness area, good breakfast, and friendly service. We would book again anytime.
