Jermuk hotel and SPA

Nothing to say except that it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Spacious room and bathroom equipped with everything. Excellent, generous buffets, with every ingredient listed with an English translation. Excellent spa, friendly staff, and rejuvenating treatments. There's no competition!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two weeks! We had a wonderful rest, slept well, ate well, and walked around a lot. We were delighted with our perfectly clean and warm room with a gorgeous view and high-quality furniture, daily cleaning, excellent service, and delicious food. The room was fully equipped. Despite the large number of guests, it was quiet and comfortable. A huge thank you to the entire hotel staff; we truly appreciate the hard work of people in the hotel business. We noticed that the hotel director is on the grounds and "on the go" from early morning until late evening, monitoring and checking on everything. It feels orderly. However, there are some points that deserve additional attention: 1. Guests with severe foot fungus were observed in the medical center area, languidly taking baths and galvanic chambers. This suggests that monitoring during doctor's examinations needs to be tightened. I didn't see the medical staff cleaning/disinfecting the chambers afterward, so I stopped going for these procedures. 2. Women without swimming caps should be prohibited from entering the pool. The perfectly clean pool was covered in clumps of black hair, including the sauna floor. I don't understand why women are so dismissive of sanitary standards. 3. I was upset by the behavior of the guests, who hoarded food and baked goods in unimaginable quantities, didn't finish them (naturally!), and then threw half the piles into the trash. I was very upset for the cooks; they try hard, cook, and then see plates with half-eaten food. I don't know...maybe we should hang a sign that says, "There's enough food for everyone!" Maybe then respect for food will awaken. 4. And last but not least, that masseuse, Marine...she clearly doesn't understand massage, empathy, or quality work. She accepted me for a full-body massage with an expression on her face as if I'd come for a thank-you. She didn't wash her hands, immediately poured in an unpleasant-smelling oil, and began roughly kneading my legs. Her movements were abrupt and unpleasant. During the massage, I left the room with my phone twice, then I felt her pinching my back in one spot for about five minutes. I turned my head, and she was pinching with one hand while looking at her phone with the other. In the last 25 years of systematic massages in various countries, I've never encountered such rude treatment. Naturally, I cancelled all subsequent appointments at the medical center reception, saying I didn't like it. But no one bothered to explain the reason. Meanwhile, the hotel could have received an additional 130,000 rubles. Later, we started talking with other guests, and it turned out that other women had also canceled on her after the first session. She was also looking at her phone with one hand while pinching my skin with the other. I hope the "specialist" will either be replaced or sent for retraining.

A very well-organized hotel for spa and therapies. There's no waiting, and the staff is excellent. The pool is very scenic, but cool. The gym is beautiful. The dinner buffet is well-organized, but nothing memorable.
