When we arrived and entered the room, a musty smell hit us. When they turned on the air conditioning to get rid of the smell, it got even worse after a while. You had to get used to it... There were just a few worms on the bed, really small ones, crawling around, which wasn't very hygienic either. The two of us got a triple room, which wasn't bad, but we still had to pay a lot. Unfortunately, the value for money was not at all good. The only positive thing was the warm shower, which was also affected by limescale. The service was okay, as they were able to arrange drivers and tours. The location is a bit tricky, as you can't get very far without a scooter because the accommodation is right next to the highway. The accommodation also offered a laundry service. Unfortunately, I got my laundry back smelling and still with a few stains on my clothes... The Wi-Fi is a total disaster. Nothing works except in the dining room. The rooms are also quite thin. You hear your neighbors all the time, which is especially disturbing at night.

Two nights booked and paid in cash upon arrival (855,000 IDR). After my departure, I was accused of never having paid and therefore had to pay again! After a month of traveling in Indonesia, this is the first time a hotel has done this to me. A truly disappointing experience. A completely unacceptable and dishonest situation!!
