A comfortable, clean, and elegant hotel. I thank all the staff for their warm welcome and cooperation; truly a worthwhile experience.

The employee, Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, is the best employee I've ever seen. His service was outstanding, and he was incredibly kind. The room had everything I needed. May God bless them. I hope to visit them again.

I arrived at 8:30. They said, unfortunately, there were no rooms available. It was 11:00, and I waited all that time. My reservation was for two beds, but I needed a king-size. They told me I had to pay the difference. I paid the difference and was given a room overlooking King Road. It was one of the worst rooms; the noise from the cars was unbearable. I contacted them and asked if I could change rooms. They said they would go out and check if there was any noise, and then they might change me. 1- The customer might be lying. Secondly, the bathroom was filthy. 2- The staff were dishonest. 3- They were disrespectful. I spoke to the hotel manager about my issue, and he told me he would look into it and get back to me, but he hasn't contacted me yet. I requested water from 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM, and they only responded and brought it late. I contacted the reception manager to try and change rooms. He tells me to make myself comfortable, the room is available. I go downstairs and he apologizes, saying I was late and the room is gone. I request the room be cleaned, and when I return, the towels are still the same, unchanged. It's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I will never repeat the experience. The price per night was 442 (currency unspecified), not including breakfast. If the hotel's purpose is to respond to customers and show concern, then when a customer comes to complain, they can't resolve the issue. It's all just for show. 😊
