If I could give 0 points, I would. This is such a bad hotel. I would never recommend it. The staff are so arrogant and not solution-oriented. The two people who claim to be the hotel managers are so passive. They just hang around, can't control the staff, only drink tea, and don't do anything else. The cleanliness is disgraceful. They state at check-in that they will clean starting on the second day, but they don't do it even on the fourth day. When we protested, they offered to change rooms, and we did, but the room we moved to also had mud stains and male hairs on the sheets. The toilets smell very bad. I deliberately gave my insulin injection, which should have been kept in a cold chain, to the bar, but they said, "Don't worry, it'll be kept in a 13-degree refrigerator." The refrigerator was locked, and no one knew about each other. They didn't keep the refrigerator, so my medication spoiled. The staff is very indifferent. By cleaning the room, they only mean leaving towels and leaving. The hotel doesn't even have a vacuum cleaner. They just sweep it once with a dustpan and leave. We asked for Vileda and said we'd clean it ourselves, but even the Vileda brush was pitch black. The trash wasn't being collected; everyone had left it in front of their door. It's a real shame for the hotel owner; he's wasting his salary. The front desk staff is incredibly arrogant. I highly recommend it, don't go there. Hotels like this deserve to be closed.
