A very unpleasant stay. I'll start with the unwelcome welcome from the owner at reception. When I asked for secure parking for my car for the "modest sum of €15 per day," he immediately made it clear that he would NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE (the parking lot is enclosed by walls and a gate, and is under video surveillance, under the hotel). He told me that if I didn't like it, he would tear up the pseudo-parking "contract." When I asked for a copy of the parking contract, he even refused to give me a copy... who knows why... This is truly absurd, especially since I know the laws well and even pointed this out to the owner. In Italy, if a hotel charges for parking, its liability increases significantly, approaching that of a caretaker, especially if the area is fenced, guarded, or has controlled access. Payment implies an offer of custody, and the hotelier cannot automatically exempt himself, having to demonstrate that he has taken all possible measures. or that the damage is due to unforeseeable external causes; otherwise, they are liable for compensation for theft or damage, even though the specific regulations do not apply to vehicles, but refer to the deposit rules. Breakfast rating: 0. 2 packaged biscuits and very run-of-the-mill coffee from the machine. Rooms in mediocre condition (2 rating) but clean. The only positive note is the cleanliness and the very kind and professional cleaning lady (5 rating), but the room remains with deafening noises coming from outside. No connection to the area, with all due respect to the residents, but it felt like being in Baghdad. I would not return to this place even if it were the only hotel in Campania. I strongly advise against it.

The hotel was a 8 the staff a 10. It its not in the best neighborhood is semi industrial some small restaurants but they were always closed when I tried. In order to go any where by taxi it is expensive Airport 8 mins away 21€. Train station further away 11€.

The hotel is in a very bad location, with few services. There is nothing wrong with the rooms, but the view is zero.
