The location, service, and staff are all great. The only downside is that the roads in and out of the parking lot are narrow, so be careful with large cars. The staff are very attentive, as you'd expect from a high-class hotel. There's a good cloakroom, so you can leave your large luggage there and go shopping. It's directly connected to the station, so you don't have to go outside. The hotel has a spa, which is quite spacious. The rest area is large, so you can go early and relax. They provide complimentary drinks, which is a nice touch. The breakfast has a wide variety of options. The portions are a little smaller than other hotels that focus on breakfast, but the quality is good and I was very satisfied. The capacity isn't that large, so you'll have to wait if you arrive late, but that's unavoidable. The seats aren't crammed together, so it feels spacious, which is nice.

I stayed for one night. As it is a high-rise hotel, I was hoping for a good view from my room. Unfortunately, my room faced west, so the view was only towards Mt. Teine. If you want to see the city's night view, you'll need to choose your room carefully. The location is convenient and it has a luxurious feel, but considering the high price, I don't think it's good value for money. If you want to stay somewhere expensive (both in height and price), I think it's worth staying for one night as a souvenir.

I was delighted to stay at a hotel I'd always wanted to stay at while passing through Sapporo Station. The staff were very friendly, and the concierge was very helpful when I inquired about restaurant reservations. Not only was the view from the room amazing, but the breakfast restaurant was also fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection (ramen, soup curry, kaisendon, etc.), and there were plenty of options for kids. The Japanese restaurant was clean and quiet, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. I went with the Eco Plan and tried the adults-only spa (large public bath), which was really large and nice. Definitely try it! It's easy to cut, use and use privately. As soon as I feel it, I hear it again.
