First of all, I was surprised at the poor customer service level of the staff. There was a delay due to improper delivery procedures, and when I called the hotel to reconfirm, the response was not satisfactory and there was no professionalism at all. (My luggage has not arrived yet.) There were other problems, and even when I was talking to the manager, I was shocked that he used polite language with the staff. I was refused because I could not leave ice packs in the freezer. (The reason was that it was an employee refrigerator?) A disappointing hotel that has forgotten the importance of face-to-face service with automatic check-in and check-out. I will never use a hotel that gives me an unpleasant experience again.

I stayed here for three days and two nights. It is close to the station, and there are many convenience stores near the hotel, such as Seven-Eleven and Family Mart, and many restaurants such as Denny's and McDonald's. There is a Can Do next to Denny's. The front desk is located on the third floor, which can be reached by taking the escalator next to Seven-Eleven. You check in and out of the hotel yourself using the touch panel, so it might be a good idea to know your reservation number in advance. There are lockers at the back of the front desk where you can store your luggage before checking in, which is convenient. There are many amenities (makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, milky lotion, razor, body towel, cotton swabs, coffee and other drinks, etc.) I tried using the shampoo and conditioner in the room, but it made my hair dry, so I used the hotel's instead of the ones I brought with me. I have sensitive skin, and if it doesn't suit my skin, it irritates me easily, but this I was able to use the items without any skin irritation, which was very good. I stayed in a single room with my 10-year-old daughter, and we were able to sleep comfortably until the morning. Everyone at the front desk was very kind. I asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day, so I thought I had to return to the room after 3pm, but when I asked, they said they could accommodate my desired time as long as it was after an hour, and they also helped me a lot with the luggage shipping process. I was able to make a cheap reservation through JR West's EX this time, so I didn't have high expectations for the hotel, but I'm glad I chose this one. I gave it one less star because I was worried about the dirt on the refrigerator door pocket, and on the first day, they prepared pajamas for adults and children, but on the second day, both pajamas were for adults. Other than that, it was perfect. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
