Thumping club music EVERY NIGHT UNTIL 3AM. Every. Single. Night. Until 3AM. When checking in, I told them I didn’t care about the view, the size of the room, or anything else except the quiet. I specifically asked them for the quietest room they had and they assured me “yes, of course!” Guess what? They lied. What they should have said is “we’d like to give you a quiet room, but nearby DIFC blasts music so loud it can be heard on the 37th floor so if you want quiet, you might want to consider a different hotel.” 37th floor, with 22db NRR earplugs. Heard from several other guests with the same experience. They couldn’t sleep until past 3AM, either. Sure, the location is great. But with that level of noise, I’d rather be elsewhere. Be honest, guys. If there’s going to be club music every night, don’t promise quiet. If you can’t provide quiet rooms, SAY SO.
