AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We arrived in the evening and were told we didn't have a room because it wasn't available after all (we had paid and booked through Airbnb). They left us outside without accommodation or assistance, showing absolutely no empathy, apology, or humanity. Avoid this place at all costs.

If you don't want to catch cholera, stay far away from this stinking dump. I checked the condition of the pillows. Despite having advised the receptionist that I wanted the pillow fillings to be clean, I found them filthy. Just to be thorough, I also checked the mattress, which was in terrible condition, completely stained with mold and bodily fluids. I reported this serious matter to the owner, and he dismissively replied as if all this filth was normal. It's probably normal for him because he's used to sleeping in the sewers. I decided to cancel the reservation and flee this filthy, stinking place. CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PILLOWS CAREFULLY INSIDE THE COVERS AND LIFT UP ALL THE SHEETS TO CHECK THE MATTRESS TOO!

Okay, let's be honest, it was the price that got us there. We stayed for four nights. My worst stay in Asia! The room looked clean and well-maintained. I thought to myself, "I don't understand the reviews, just more French people complaining" (we're known for that). But then... The bathroom was THE major issue. Day 1: No hot water. I asked for some, and after a long exchange, the manager came to the room to confirm there was no hot water. He said he would replace the water heater the next day. Well, these things happen. Nevertheless, we thought the water tasted strange, but we didn't dwell on it. Day 2: We woke up feeling suffocated, like we'd slept in mold/dampness, and there was a terrible stench. We decided to air it out as much as possible with the fan, which was blowing all the musty smells outside. But it didn't help; when we came back in the evening, it was the same story. However, the hot water is scalding, and we can't regulate it. I don't know which room the water heater came from, and I feel sorry for that person. I can smell the rust in my hair. The water in the toilet is yellow. Day 3: We're starting to get sick (a cold). At first, we think it's the air conditioning on the last bus, but we quickly realize that what we're breathing at night is really not good. Day 4: We leave, sick (stomach and chest problems). Why the stomach issues? Because we drank the water from the water cooler for two days! But we quickly stopped after seeing a rat in the kitchen. I'm giving it 2 stars only because of the staff; the girls are lovely. But if you can, run away. Seriously.
