Norma— that’s N-O-R-M-A, who works the late shift—is an absolute abysmal representation of the JW. I can’t even explain the circumstances of the subpar performance because I’m embarrassed even thinking about it. I recommend she if fired and that she is not given a recommendation letter.

JW’s are always very clean and nice. The room was a nice room and the bed was very comfortable. We also went to the bar for a few drinks and they had several brands of tequila which was nice.

Luis is an excellent driver. Very friendly and mindful and was easy to talk to. He was also very reliable on the agreed pick up time. It was a pleasure to be driven by him.
