Exceptional Experience at JW Marriott Bosphorus, Istanbul From the moment you walk into the JW Marriott Bosphorus, the entire atmosphere changes elegant, refined, and welcoming in every way. The location is excellent, the building is beautifully maintained, and the environment feels truly exquisite. The staff are incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure every detail of your stay is perfect. You feel respected, valued, and honestly spoiled. Smiles are everywhere, not just on their faces, but in their eyes, and their attention to detail is outstanding, 24/7. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is consistently exceptional. This is my second year staying at this hotel, and this time I traveled with my pet. The level of care and attention extended not only to me but also to my pet was remarkable. Everyone was treated with the same kindness and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxurious, relaxing, and truly special experience. If you’re looking to be spoiled in the best way possible, this is the place. Thank you to the entire JW Marriott team for making my and my dog Clio’s stay truly unforgettable.

What a wonderful 2 night stay we had at the Marriott Bosphorus Istanbul! The staff is superb all around! The front desk staff was extra attentive and detail oriented. The breakfast is first class with so many choices. The main chef, Haci Mehmet, Arslan & Murat all were so keen to make our breakfast an unforgettable experience. They even gifted us with a bottle of homemade jam! Yusuf was also a pleasant face that greeted us each day! A great ambassador for Istanbul & the hotel. We will never forget our stay because of the sincere hospitality the staff gave to us. We will definitely stay there again.

The room is very dark, even in the morning—you can’t tell whether it’s day or night. We were given a small room with a king bed for two adults and one child, which felt quite tight. The room is on the second floor the positive side, the room is very clean, and the front desk staff are extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The service was good overall, but the lack of natural light and the room size were disappointing.
