The JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur was an amazing stay. I really enjoyed my time. The location was amazing, the rooms were nice and spacious. I am a big fan of the Marriott brand; however, there was this one incident that, for this high-class hotel, I couldn’t rate it a full 5 stars. When I was checking in after a long day of traveling, the front desk representative told me their system was down for a nightly update and it would take them about 10 min to get me checked in. However, that 10 min turned into 45 min, and finally, they had to manually check me in instead of through the system. I found this to be a bit weird because they easily could’ve checked me in manually after the first 15 min of waiting when they saw the system was taking longer than usual. But besides that, this hotel is amazing with definitely the best location. You are close to everything, which is a huge plus.
