10/10 experience. The rooms, the food, and especially the service will all make me come back. Andres Meneses, the Chief Concierge really helped me in a pinch. Miami is full of great hotels, but the service here is the absolute best.

24/7 sauna in locker room makes it elite. The lady at the coffee shop on second floor was incredibly friendly and the coffees were Excellent! Get a Colada ☕️!

Stayed two nights before my Caribbean cruise. As a gold card holder they refused my late check out request point blank. Despite this. I booked again again for 1 night for after the cruise. I was lied to by the front desk about not being able to firstly check in early - apparently my junior suite was being cleaned and they couldn’t get hold of house keeping for apparently 4 hours. Also no one told me that the pool would not be available for 1 week post 5th January. I cancelled after waiting 4 hours for a room that no one told me that would be available. I booked at the Hilton Bentley on south beach. Jeezz best decision ever. Thank you !!! Alex at south beach Hilton is awesome. I will defo use my next 30 nights in 2026 at Hilton’s as opposed to bonvoy.
