Exceptional service from one of the staff at the deli. Had to wait for a few hours before check in, she was attentive, diligent and apparently came with exceptional memory. She remembered our room number despite not having it to begin with. True Thai hospitality and very well done to her! Housekeeper who did our room on 24 Nov at around 1:30pm seriously delivered! He deserves a praise for the effort We came for a wedding, most of the wait staff were lacking lustre, mediocre engagement, kitchen staff were blithely and unaware when wedding speeches were delivered and to top it off we were declined a bottle of water by gym attendant/supervisor/manager after a 45 min run on the treadmill. We are now very inclined to share, our disappointment found new lows for a JW Marriott tiered resort. Highly unlikely to return and pleased to know we will always be better looked after at an Accor brand.
