It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at during my travels. The staff's attitude was terrible, and my luggage was left unattended—I had countless awful experiences.

Every tiny detail of my stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast spread in particular was gorgeous. I loved the honeycomb, the soft scrambled eggs and fresh pressed juice were delicious. The only thing I would change is something that can't be helped; I wish the city of Venezia was easier to access from the resort. The water taxi for guests does not start running until 8:30 which was later than ideal. Of course, it is always possible to book a private water taxi through the concierge as well.
