Beware of this scam! We paid 100 pesos for parking on the premises and were told that this amount would be deducted if we purchased anything in the restaurant. However, when paying the bill, we were informed that this offer only applied if we had spent 1000 pesos. Of course, this wasn't mentioned to us beforehand.

The hotel is quite nice, the rooms are charming and tastefully decorated. The place isn't large, the pool is small and not very sunny, but the beach is large and beautiful. The negative points: disastrous service. The reception is only open from 10 am to 8 pm; outside of these hours, you have to contact them via WhatsApp if you need anything, and they don't really respond anyway… The meals are rather expensive and not very good. In fact, there was never anyone in the only restaurant, so we were forced to eat there. The room, although very pretty, had a problem with the toilet not flushing and the sliding door was very difficult to open and close. A man came, but it didn't solve the problems. In short, we didn't want to deal with this kind of thing during a vacation. Disappointed by our few days in Tulum, we absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Luckily, we finished our vacation at the TRS Yucatan Playa del Carmen, which was wonderful!
