I had an excellent stay at this hotel, I recommend it 10/10. The front desk staff at Kali are amazing, and this is a really nice hotel. I stayed in an Executive level suite and after walking all day through museums for work the jacuzzi was incredibly relaxing and great for sore feet. The neighbourhood restaurants and market across the street are so good (if you speak Spanish), otherwise head up to La Condesa which is very close. The breakfast buffet was very filling and a great way to start my day.

I called the hotel after leaving, asking if they can get my bank card, I forgot it while I was withdrawing money. The receptionist was rude and hanged up on me. I tried calling back and send me to voice mail. I will not return again.

This hotel was affordable, located in a great spot, and sufficient for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and we had everything we needed. We also felt safe, and they had water bottle filling stations with filtered water on every floor. I would definitely recommend staying here. But bring a sound machine. The noise from traffic outside is always audible, and the walls aren't too thick.
