The room information booklet stated that welcome drinks were available until 11:00 PM, but they were only available until 6:00 PM. One receptionist was very nice, but the other was unsmiling and not very pleasant. There was no greeting, and no explanation of the room amenities or facilities. Room service was not brought, and I was surprised to see water stains and mold in the shower room. The lack of a rack or basket made it difficult to change clothes. The records were covered in dust, and there was a dead insect inside the lamp next to the mirror, with traces of it having been wiped with a wet cloth or something. The room itself was cute, but I didn't think it was worth the price. I was glad to hear that the breakfast bread was delicious, and that there was a nearby restaurant affiliated with the hotel.

Considering that the hotel is marketed to adults with the slogan "Do Nothing" and "For ages 16 and up only," the service was disappointing and felt cheap. The champagne glass for the welcome drink was plastic and had a rather unpleasant taste. The breakfast was delicious, but the quality didn't justify the price. The rooms and lobby are Instagrammable if you take clever photos. However, the rooms are small, and the lack of a bathroom and only a shower room doesn't justify the price. There was a sewage smell coming from the drain. The amenities had been changed from Margiela to ACCA KAPPA. The shampoo and conditioner didn't dispense well and were difficult to use. I wish the staff had tried them out. On the day I checked out, I tried to have my luggage delivered to my home, but the front desk staff refused, saying they didn't offer such a service. They're trying hard to revitalize the town, but the service was insufficient and cheap. It might be a good travel destination for college student couples to post on social media.

The room was so comfortable, and we really enjoyed spending time at the hotel. The view from our room on the second floor was unforgettable. Easy access by car, and the breakfast was delicious!
