The best hotel, the best breakfast, the best reception staff, and the best room cleaning service. Honestly, it's an exceptional hotel with a balcony and beautiful views from all directions. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is varied and well-furnished, and there's a massage service. A full-body massage costs 3000 som for one hour, and a foot massage costs 500 som for 30 minutes. The massage therapists are wonderful and very respectful. The hotel reception staff are also fantastic; I loved them and felt safe. Thank you for returning my lost bag, which contained money. I appreciate your honesty, and I will definitely return to this hotel. It's the largest hotel in Karakol and has the best rooms. The area is surrounded by everything; you can walk through the snow, visit parks and restaurants. You should bring a bidet, as most of Karakol doesn't have them in the bathrooms. I loved the hotel very much.

I cannot confirm the bad ratings here on Google Maps in English, Korean language. This hotel is one of the best in Karakol. Although it doesn't match 5 star Hotels in Europe or Japan, Korea, it offers an excellent standard in the region: - huge variety of breakfast incl. many local salads, fried egg, bread, porridge, corn flakes, fruits, cheese and sausage etc. - very spaceous rooms which were extremely clean - heating during winter: excellent, we had to switch it off as it became too warm - hot water: we had always enought warm water even the hotel was booked out during skiing weekends. - warm water: to mix water with the shower lever needs some sensitivity, might overstrain some folks - reception: 24/7 - service: overall friendly and helpful, although not as self organized. Exception: one middle age/older reception clerk who convinced us with shady arguments to cancel part of our booking on booking.com so we had to book directly with her and they could probably save on the fee. I believe she wanted to help, but it was not transparent the "how" and "why" - massage: next to the hotel is an excellent massage shop - location: between the exit road for mountain trips and the city center, 5-8min walk
