Perfect stay here for a week. Lovely bungalows, pool, friendly staff, and the food was really really good. Highly recommend!!

Stayed in Villa Beo- private villa within resort, facilities were good with all the basics you need including a washing machine which was handy. Rooms themselves were clean and relatively well fitted. Kitchen had good facilities and it was nice that the staff wash your dishes- however the water only heats to around 36°c so is not hot enough to kill germs and properly clean dishes. Private pool was nice as well as swim up bar in other pool. Restaurant food was lovely with friendly staff, however it would be nice to be given individual menus each as well as receive the meals at the same time. At times the first person would finish their meal before the last person in our group of 6 would receive theirs. It seems this is common throughout Bali, but timing meals to come out together would make the experience that much more enjoyable. Overall it was a great place to stay with great central location close to beach with other great options for food and entertainment nearby. Bali boozy is nearby (great food) and can get quite noisy late at night, but you dont hear it or traffic from the resort which is great. Would come back and stay, it would just be nice if theses small things were improved on.

We rented a villa from February 13th to February 18th. After checking in, we asked to change it due to poor cleaning of the bathrooms, and the shower smelled of urine. We changed the villa, but the problem remained. We had to look at rooms in the complex, chose one, and checked in. Condensation accumulates heavily in the rooms, settling on the tiled floors, making them damp and dangerous to walk on. Odor issues in the bathroom were also present, but to a lesser extent. We decided to stay the night and get a refund by choosing another place. The towels were old and gray, but clean. The pools were dirty. I would like to point out the very responsive staff, the quick resolution of issues with villa changes and refunds, the incredibly beautiful lobby, and the quick access to the beach. I would not recommend this place for families with children or anyone who is particularly fussy.
