Wonderful place with great Caldera views! The sunset suite with jacuzzi was a spacious room with a separate leaving area and a bedroom. It has a big area with a courtyard having two sofas and a jacuzzi! The breakfast was wonderful though they don’t have good vegetarian option! The sunset views were amazing from the room and courtyard! The staff were very welcoming and friendly! Gabriel came to receive us at the drop off location and guided us carrying our bag till the hotel! The hotel is on the cliff and next to the cable car station. Location is just perfect in middle of Fira’s aesthetic streets offering everything one would expect! As the hotel is uphill, it is not convenient with heavy and more bags to reach the hotel. The pickup transport from ferry to hotel didn’t arrive but the return transfer from hotel to airport was excellent! The staff did a great job of contacting the taxi guys to get my forgotten bag.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, helped with everything we needed. The view is amazing, the location is perfect. The suite was very spacious and full of light. The only thing that bothered me was the cleaning... The bathtub has a lot of mold and is old, and sticky cups from previous guests were in the room... Other then that everything was perfect
