I stayed here for the first time in 20 years. Of course, you can't fight the passage of time, and the only thing that bothered me a little was the noticeable signs of aging. The curtains on the south side were torn due to UV exposure, and there were some slightly disappointing repairs in the bathroom, but the staff's attitude and service were, as always, perfect. The breakfast was as satisfying as ever and wonderful, so I think I'll stay here again. The location is also very convenient.

It's very conveniently located near the station. It's also conveniently located near the Kurazukuri townscape. The building and rooms have a retro feel, which I really like. The complimentary Comodopolitan served at the bar was delicious, and the bartender's service was also excellent. Overall, I had a very meaningful and happy time. Thank you very much.

During the three-day weekend in late February 2026. Parking available for guests. After researching, I discovered this hotel has over 30 years of history. Rather than a new, clean look, I felt a sense of timeless beauty that evoked memories of the past! As other reviews have said, the staff's service was excellent. ♪ For dinner, I had a mini kaiseki dinner at Musashino. I don't usually eat kaiseki, but everything was delicious. I was particularly impressed with the bowls. The staff were also very friendly and I had a wonderful time. (^o^) When I checked in, there were many people enjoying tea on the first floor, so I imagine the afternoon tea was also wonderful. ♪ It was stylish. Breakfast was on the 9th floor, with large windows. It was a beautiful sunny day, so I lowered the blinds a little. The chef personally prepared several types of omelets, so everyone lined up for them. I accidentally ended up filling up on other food and missed the omelet, which was a shame. lol It's a very convenient location, connected to the station. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
