WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL This hotel seams to be only interested in Weddings. All inclusive food is terrible, breakfast lunch and dinner was the worst I have experienced. Quality of the food was poor and served almost warm every time we dined. We expected to have Greek cuisine at least a couple of times a week. The snack food near the bar was always lukewarm and terrible quality - fish fingers( that are fish mush) and crappy (mushed) chicken nuggets or curled up sandwiches. I told reception of my feelings and they couldn’t care less. I suggested to them that they should go and check out what is available but again didn’t seem that bothered. The TUI rep eats in there every day so I don’t think she gives a hoot about it or she would have reported the quality. Our room was tired but ok. Housekeeping staff were very nice and kept on top of our room. As we were visiting in September we didn’t expect the children’s entertainment to start at 9pm and go on for so long. Best food we had was in the tavernas opposite the bus terminus about a ten minute walk from the hotel.

We spent a fantastic week at the Kefalos Beach Tourist Village, and it truly surpassed expectations. The location is unbeatable, set directly on the beach, and the experience was consistently elevated by the exceptional food and the dedication of the brilliant staff. This is a large property, yet the rooms remain generously spacious, ensuring comfort. A real plus was the main pool, which was kept spotlessly clean and pleasantly warm, even as the seasons turned in October. What really set the all-inclusive experience apart was the quality of the drinks. I was genuinely surprised by the cocktails—they tasted noticeably fresher and superior, a welcome change from the typical syrup-laden options at other resorts. Overall, the restaurant offers brilliant dining, rounding off what was a perfect, memorable week. Highly recommended!
