I developed a fever during my stay, and the staff brought me a thermometer, looked up hospitals, and were so kind to me, I'm very grateful for that. The breakfast was small, but all the food was delicious. I'd like to stay here again the next time I visit Sapporo. They were kind enough to tell me about the emergency hospital, but after reading the reviews, I didn't have the courage to go.

I arrived at the hotel in the middle of a snowstorm, but they had towels waiting for me, and when they realized there weren't enough, they quickly ran off to get some and distributed them to everyone. At the entrance, there were plastic tools for making Hello Kitty, chicks, and hearts so that people could play in the snow, and both children and adults could have fun playing. I thought it was a really great service. There's also a car rental agency in the basement, which is convenient.
