I couldn't find a way to describe in words how bad it is. Even though the staff try to salvage the situation, you might be better off spending the night in your car, in a park, on a bench, or on the street. It's like my first days in the army 16 years ago; you only stay here if you're tired and have no other choice.

I went with my family, the location is great, very close to the sea and restaurants, all within 5-10 minutes. The service was poor; except for one person, the others were cold, or maybe they were always like that, I don't know... The hotel garden is very nice, but it would be good if they added some new things. The pool is very good, but I liked the location the most. I recommend it because we only used the hotel for the pool and sleeping since we were on vacation. I recommend it.
