I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena in Bansko, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The food was consistently awful—bland, poorly prepared, and with very limited options. Moreover, the housekeeping was inadequate; rooms were often not cleaned properly, and items went missing without any resolution. Overall, this hotel fails to meet basic standards and is not credible.
