The rooms, service, and ambiance were all of the highest quality. The name reflects this, and so does the price, of course. One point was deducted because the carrot salad and mushrooms at lunch and dinner weren't fresh. However, this is to be expected.

The service in the restaurants is very slow and often unwilling. The first day after arriving we waited for lunch for 1.5 hours...we waited 40 minutes for someone to serve us. Unbelievable. The cleaning of our room was at a very low level. The carpet floor was not vacuumed even once during the entire stay, the floor in the bathroom and toilet was not washed even once, the toilet was not cleaned even once, the towels were changed only at my request, the bed linen was also changed only at my request after 4 days of stay, the trash in the room was not taken out, the water in the room was not refilled... The worst housekeeping I have ever experienced.

First, there was no ice bath. Second, the staff wasn't great. Third, the room was horrifically cold—very cold throughout the entire hotel, zero heat. In a 5-star hotel, we were simply given radiators and told to warm up, but the power kept going out, and we had to keep turning them on. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel and not worth €6,000! DON'T COME HERE, IT'S HORRIBLE! THE PERSONNEL IS GOOD, BUT THEY TOO HAVE A COLD ROOM. JUST IMAGINE YOU WANT A WARM ROOM AFTER SKIING OR AFTER SPA. NO, YOU GET A COLD ROOM, AND IT'S CALLED 5 stars!
