Thomas was very friendly and did his work with excellence. Although we had to interrupt his cleaning a few times due to our busy schedule and needing to change clothes, he was always pleasant, flexible, and quick to provide towels and anything else we needed.

The hotel itself is okay, but the call center experience is very disappointing. Every single time I try to call to make a spa reservation, no one answers. You can call the whole day without success. This isn’t a one-time issue it happens every time I want to make a spa reservation. For a hotel of this standard, the customer service by phone really needs serious improvement.
