I had a rather disappointing experience at this resort. Firstly, the quality of the food did not meet the Michelin standards I expected. More importantly, after ordering the first course at breakfast, I requested a second. However, I had to wait almost an hour, and the second course was never served. When I decided to leave, the staff simply said goodbye without any apology or explanation. This is definitely not what I expected from a five-star hotel.
