It was an exceptional week long stay at the residences , made more special by the attentive and ever hospitable staff. The facilities and amenities are family friendly and the residences are top notch. Special mention to Mr Rahman at the Concierge who went out of the way, super swift in service and pulled all stops to make our stay memorable - be it airport transfers, tickets to parks, late night assistance and any mundane request. Special mention to the staff at Breakfast service who made our group feel special.

We spent a day at the beach here with a day pass. Everything about this hotel is very old; the toilets are old and neglected. I didn't use the toilet all day because it was unbearable. The sun loungers are old, the service is too slow, and the food isn't tasty. If I had booked this hotel for my trip, I would have been very sad and disappointed.
