I stayed at the Kerry Hotel, HongKong from 22 December to 27 December and my stay was fabulous. The room was large and with huge windows , was well lit during the day. The bathroom was spacious, with a spectacular view of the harbour. The rooms are spotlessly clean, housekeeping is excellent and very prompt and responsive. The breakfast buffet is huge with a large variety of sweet and savoury dishes of various styles. The lobby was cheerfully dressed for Christmas . The staff is warm, welcoming and very helpful.

After having some initial issues with our room (it was below a restaurant and was really noisy), we were graciously moved to another room and well looked after - hence my 5* review. The hotel is well located, away from noisy and bustling areas. The views from the room were spectacular and the executive suite was such a large room compared to normal places in HK. The staff were welcoming and Tiger and the folks in the Club Lounge looked after our dietary needs. Did I mention the views? Amazing!

Would absolutely recommend staying here whether you are new to Hong Kong or local. Great service, location and rooms are immaculate. The sea view room is worth booking and the staff are super helpful and attentive. Spa was great and I will definitely be returning (the hotel lobby smells so good). Morning walks by the promenade were lovely. An amazing stay that is hard to beat elsewhere. Buffet is also very good for breakfast!
