Clean room. Prime location in the downtown of Santa Barbara. Right in front of the farmers market on Saturday. Convenient and great-serviced valet. Extremely overpriced room rates on the last week of December, but it is how it is. However, what stood out the most pleasant experience of the stay was the service Chloe provided at the front desk. She was professional yet kind, and coming from New York where you can see very little service, Chloe's customer-focused service was remarkable.
