Beware that parking isn’t free, even though complimentary parking is mentioned on their homepage. When you click, it doesn’t clarify what that means, so I would describe this as misleading. Also the room service came with a delivery fee added, and it didn’t come in the cheaper disposable containers even though we checked that box when we ordered. The hotel was very nice, but it ended up costing a good bit more than we expected because of these unforeseen costs. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked a king room with a bathtub and a city view. I received a queen room looking at a wall. When I asked the manager about the room she told me that there are different size king beds, and the room I booked with a sofa and bathtub weren’t available. Instead I was given an attitude because they were sold out and lying about the room they placed me in. The manager was also extremely rude and called my room a few times to harass me
