10th floor left a lot to be desired. They told us renovations are happening but that's not an excuse for the service. Had to call repeatedly to get hot water going, room amenities, and the tv couldn't link to the internet so no streaming or casting. Room service only offered breakfast and had to call back downstairs to get the butter and maple syrup. Hopefully you all come back to the standard of hospitality I remember from a year and half ago.

When I stayed there was only 1 elevator available which put a damper on the days spent there. The gentleman at the front desk, Kai?, was instrumental in ensuring the stay was a positive one!
