We stayed here last fall for 2 nights, the hotel is very close to UCLA and Rodeo Drive so location is convenient. Upon arrival our cards have issue most likely because we came from another country so our bank stop it for security season. It is really an issue noone wants and we just wanna proceed quickly so we can get our room, but the lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She could have said something nicer and we were suprised this happened at a 4 star and famous hotel. She was unkind and not well-trained, I can feel some discrimination, so guests please be aware.
