WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We had anticipated a great stay at this hotel and immediately turned around and left after the hostility we were met with. “Anthony” the front desk clerk is on some kind of power trip and was extremely rude as soon as we walked in. He insinuated we were trying to pull off some scheme, and told us the neither one of us was on the booking. He told us that we were there to create theatrics, and told not start anything. Mind you we had simply walked in and stated we had a reservation. He continued to berate us and said he didn’t care for our patronage and that he was too busy doing his nails. We finally checked in after him continuing to harass us, he continued to degrade us, leaving his desk to come outside to our car, making comments under his breath. At that point we no longer felt safe or comfortable staying with Kimpton and left their premises, thankfully we went to the Westin down the road which had tremendous service. Again, would not recommend this place at all if this is the kind of staff they have on premises. We are avid travels and stay at hotels at least once a month and I can tell you we are shocked and appalled by our experience. RUN AWAY from this place if you can.

Avoid this property. From the moment we arrived, the room had a loud, constant mechanical buzzing that made it completely uninhabitable. We immediately asked to be moved to another room, but no viable alternative was provided, forcing us to check out right away. Despite never staying overnight or using the room, the hotel still charged us. I’m an IHG Silver member, and the service afterward was just as unacceptable: no return calls, phones that go unanswered, and zero accountability. The property feels poorly maintained and relies on the Kimpton name rather than delivering Kimpton standards. Charging guests for an unusable room and then ignoring them is indefensible
