Business trip stay. Not a pleasant experience. First night no hot water or shower pressure. Asked to be moved but was denied, instead sent maintenance man to our room at 7pm to work in bathroom while wife and I sat in room waiting. Did not fix issue and then had us go to another room at 7am the next day to use that room's shower. We had to walk through hallways in our robs just to get a hot shower. DO NOT STAY HERE. I will say they two employees (Rorina and nighttime manager) were very nice and tried their best to help.

Unfortunately I have to give this property 1 star because my nightly rate was $169, when I checked in overnight the lady ran my credit card for $800 then said she made a mistake then ran it for another $200 then the next night ran it for another $257 I will never stay at this property again after this happening to me. I called and they said all I could do is wait for it to fall off of my bank statement 🤬 all they could say was sorry. It’s not good enough.
