The location is absolutely perfect, the room is small but perfectly adequate since it's just for sleeping, everything is very clean. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it looks lovely and everything is spotless. I'm only deducting one star because the sink didn't drain properly. The staff at reception are very friendly. I absolutely loved it. We'll be back.

Fantastic hotel at a great price! Note: It's located right on 5th Avenue (50 meters away), so it gets very noisy in the evenings due to the clubs! The noise lasts until about 5 or 6 a.m. The hotel provides earplugs, but I also brought some, and it was perfectly fine. The side street itself is very pleasant, and there are two dive centers directly opposite (which is why we booked a hotel right there). The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is also clean and a good size. We spent a total of 19 nights there, as we were mainly in Playa del Carmen for a diving holiday. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there are plenty of other options nearby. :) The only thing I would complain about is the water running outside the shower. If I were to come back to Playa del Carmen, I would definitely book this hotel again. If I were to come back to Playa del Carmen, I would book this exact hotel again. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos, sorry.

We had a spectacular stay. The location is just half a block from 5th Avenue; yes, there was a little noise at night, but the area was very quiet. The service was impeccable, with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean, with many thoughtful touches that added comfort and convenience: a safe, wardrobe, shampoo, hair dryer, a pool, and towels for the pool or beach. They don't serve breakfast, but there's a Starbucks on the corner. Highly recommended, and the price is reasonable. Congratulations, you do a great job!
