We stayed at this hotel and the experience was great. The guy at the reception, Peđa, was extremely kind and professional - he gave us a free room upgrade without any questions. Truly a legend of a man. The hotel itself is very good: clean, tidy, pleasant, and the location is great and convenient. All in all, a very positive experience and we would love to come back.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID – NOT JUST BAD, BUT SERIOUSLY DISTURBING We paid $231 for 3 nights for 2 people. The room was advertised as having a jacuzzi, sauna, and shower, but it became clear almost immediately that these features existed only on paper. At check-in, the room was briefly explained. During this explanation: We were told not to pour water on the sauna stones due to risk of electric shock. We were told the sauna and jacuzzi cannot be used at the same time. So the so-called “luxury” amenities were either unsafe or restricted. We returned late at night, turned on the air conditioner, and went to sleep. During the night, the AC shut itself off and would not turn back on. We froze until the morning. In the morning: There was no hot water at all. We reported this to reception and were made to wait 2–3 hours in the room, losing valuable time. Eventually, they claimed it was “fixed.” We requested a room change. A new room was shown. We turned on the water — lukewarm, approximately 30–35°C. When we said this was unacceptable, the staff replied: "I think it's good. For me, it's fine." At this point, we asked to leave the hotel and receive a refund for the remaining nights. The owner refused outright. The tone then became aggressive, with threatening and accusatory behavior. Another room was offered: no jacuzzi no sauna But at least there was hot water Since our money was effectively held, we were forced to accept. That evening: The room was freezing cold The heating did not work properly Windows would not close fully There were no curtains, so we had to cover the window with a bed cover This was no longer accommodation; It was an endurance test. Service and General Attitude The general attitude we encountered, both in this hotel and during our stay, was: Rude Dismissive Disrespectful Problems were minimized instead of being solved The atmosphere felt less like a civilized city and more like a place where guests are not valued and basic service standards are ignored. CONCLUSION Misleading hotel Non-functioning or restricted facilities No accountability No refunds Strongly not recommended. We reported it to the reception. We were kept waiting in our room for 2-3 hours, wasting our time. Finally, we were told it was "repaired." We requested a room change. A new room was shown to us. We turned on the water: lukewarm, about 30-35 degrees. When we said this was unacceptable, the answer we received was: "I think it's good, it's nice for me." At this point, we wanted to leave the hotel and get a refund for the remaining amount. The hotel owner categorically refused. Then his tone became harsh, using threatening and accusatory language. Afterwards, we were given another room: No jacuzzi No sauna But at least there was hot water Since our money was effectively withheld, we were forced to accept it. When we returned to the room in the evening: The room was freezing. The air conditioning wasn't heating. The windows didn't close completely. There were no curtains; we covered the window with a bedspread. From this point on, what we experienced wasn't accommodation, it was a test of endurance. Service and general attitude The attitude we encountered at the hotel and in general: Rude Indifferent Disrespectful Condescending instead of solving problems The atmosphere resembled an environment where guests are not valued and basic service is lacking, rather than a civilized city. CONCLUSION A deceptive establishment Non-functional or limited services No accountability No refunds I definitely do not recommend it.

I am very surprised, the reception is communicative and helpful at all times. The room is absolutely royal.:) I ENJOYED IT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
