Straight up one of the best places the wrap around balcony - ocean front- the bed and pillows are great. The shower with the window Breakfast has a lot of choices.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!! I experienced one of the most disappointing check-in experiences I’ve ever had during my recent stay. Upon arrival, Shirley from Atlanta assisted me. She did not greet me and appeared disengaged. Trying to be understanding, I asked if it had been a long day, knowing many guests were arriving for the conference. She responded that she had just arrived for her shift and was unaware of how the day had been. Given her demeanor, I initially assumed she may have been fatigued, but there was little communication beyond requesting a card for incidentals. When I inserted my card, I was unexpectedly charged $416.00, the full cost of my stay. I immediately explained that my agency attends this conference annually and covers my accommodations. There was no clarification or explanation. Instead, she left to get a manager. Mary, the manager, asked for some information and stepped away. When she returned, she stated that my agency had not submitted a credit card authorization form. I contacted my agency directly and was informed that the form had been sent to and received by another manager, Jody, but had not been entered into the system. Mary did not apologize or acknowledge the oversight. She simply stated that the funds would be refunded. Unfortunately, the room conditions further compounded the issue. The furniture was outdated and dusty, and there was visible blood and hair in the bathroom. After contacting corporate, I was reassigned to another room; however, it did not honor my requested high-floor preference. Additionally, the second-floor hallway had a noticeable mildew odor. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and cleanliness made this an unacceptable experience.I will not be returning to this property. I’m checking out tomorrow. Two days earlier than expected. UPDATE: I’m leaving NOW! When I called to notify them that I was checking out due to the encounter, Mary said, “well I will waive the early departure fee since you’re leaving today”. I was flabbergasted! Girl…. I didn’t even respond to her… it’s clear that she wasn’t “there” anyhow. She never apologized nor accept accountability for what transpired.
