Kintarouonsen

We had been interested in this place for some time, so my husband and I stayed here for three days and two nights from March 5th. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very hospitable, allowing us to relax. We have stayed at many hotels and inns, but the evening meal was served individually, and was both beautifully presented and delicious. We were grateful to be able to relax and clear our minds while looking out at the snow-capped Alps in our mountain-facing room. We will definitely visit again, so please continue to welcome us as you are now. Thank you for the wonderful time we had.

It had been a while since we'd had a relaxing vacation, so we visited here for our first hot spring trip as a family of four since the birth of our second child. This was my second time staying at this inn, but the last time was 37 years ago when my child was just 0 years old, so I have no memory of it at all. It brought back some nostalgic feelings. •The room was spacious, with a comfortable open-air bath, and even though it had two beds, the room was spacious and the rocks at the foot of the toilet were stylish. •The dinner meal featured plenty of Toyama ingredients, was plentiful, and looked gorgeous. Even more than that, the breakfast buffet had a wider variety than expected, with plenty of side dishes to go with the rice, so we were very satisfied. The children also said that the grilled yellowtail with salted koji and the marinated horse mackerel were delicious. •As for customer service, as I was coming out of the elevator to go to the bath, a staff member at the front desk called out to me, "Customer," and rushed over to me. He explained that my yukata was too short (it was a problem on their part, and they'd prepare one in the right size), which was very considerate and made me feel very comfortable. • The bath water was very sulfurous and made from seawater, but unfortunately, due to emergency construction work, men and women were required to alternate between baths at certain times. As a result, I gave it an overall rating of 4. Men were allowed in at 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM, while women were allowed in from 8:00 PM until 10:00 AM the next morning, so I felt the men's bath time was too short. I went in before dinner, but unfortunately, I couldn't use the hot spring in the morning. I could have gone to the day-use hot spring, but there were other guests, so I didn't want it to be too crowded. I also considered going at 5:00 AM, but the large public bath is far from Mine no Kai, and the day-use hot spring building is even farther away, so I gave up. Other than that, I was very satisfied and was able to relax both physically and mentally. I would also like to visit the fruit ice cream shop inside the Uozu Museum, so I will definitely return. Overall, it's good. The staff are friendly, but the night shift worker is a bit rude. It would be better if the night shift worker was more friendly. Also, the water kettle is very dirty. The water comes from a natural hot spring.
